For a calculation problem, missing source or accessibility issue, email hello@notchup.app. Include the tool name, jurisdiction, and a description using example amounts. Do not send a SIN, bank details, full pay stub or account credentials.

Data handling

The calculator uses your inputs to produce the answer and does not persist them. Calculation links contain inputs in the URL fragment: anyone you share a link with can read them. The result page does not load third-party analytics. Optional measurement is off by default and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If you opt in, we store daily counts of calculator names, entry journeys and actions for 90 days, without inputs, URLs, referrers or visitor identifiers. Only your measurement preference is saved in browser storage. Turn it off using the checkbox on a result or journey page. These counts cannot identify individual visitors or memberships.

Operational tool-call events record the tool name and timestamp and may include user agent, referrer and campaign metadata. These events do not contain calculation inputs. Hosting providers may also process request metadata under their own policies. ChatGPT and Claude handle your conversation under their own policies.
